Texturization of plant-based proteins

Our extruding processes can modify the molecular structure of your plant-based proteins to create the texture you need. Proteins can be premixed with additional ingredients such as flours, food colorants, flavorings, minerals, or emulsifiers before being conditioned and extruded.
