NCTAP is a paid apprenticeship program offered through a partnership between NC Triangle Region companies, community colleges, high schools (public, charter, private, and home), and the ApprenticeshipNC program of North Carolina. The program, based in North Carolina’s Triangle area, focuses on integrated basic training which develops technical, methodological, and social skills. The core training program utilizes a hands-on approach to develop skills across a wide range of disciplines. Bühler is one of several employing partners of NCTAP.
If the following sounds like you, you may be a strong candidate for the program:
The Journeyman Certificate by the NC Community College System & USDOL is a nationally recognized certificate that recognizes the certified Journeyperson as a qualified and skilled person in a trade and is entitled to the wages and benefits associated with that trade.
We invite you to visit Bühler Raleigh on a Facility Tour with NCTAP to experience the working environment and learn more about the products and career opportunities.
At least one Facility Tour is required to be considered for the orientation in the spring and to be considered for a pre-apprenticeship in the summer.
