The new huller MHSA is designed for precise and efficient hulling of oats, spelt, soybeans and sunflower seed.
The rotor lines up the product so that it strikes the impact ring horizontally and at optimum speed. The husk is consistently separated from the kernel – with minimum breakage. New features such as the reinforced lifting device with absolute position sensor and automatic lubrication system ensure the machine is always up and running – providing a consistent output of quality product.
A continuous up-and-down motion of the impact ring maximizes the impact zone. The robust housing and lifting device ensure low wear and tear on the machine and a long lifetime. Level sensors at the outlet detect product backup and thus provide additional protection for the machine. Easy access to wear parts reduces maintenance time to a minimum.
The MHSA hulls oats, spelt, soybeans and sunflower seeds with a throughput of up to 4000 kg per hour. Two versions, with and without an integrated control system, allow you to choose the best fit for your plant.
